Our History as Turbine Supply Co.

Recognizing a fast-growing water well industry in west Texas, Tony Nicholas started Turbine Supply Co in 1985. The company quickly grew adding craftsmen, equipment and capabilities serving customers across the country.

Turbine Supply Co is widely known across the industry for providing OEM parts to leading pump manufacturers, regional distributors, service and repair shops and end users.

In 2021, Tony decided to retire, trading in his clipboard for a fishing pole. Chad Jones purchased Turbine Supply Co from Tony, bringing over 25 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and product development.

Chad is a Lubbock native with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas Tech University. Chad’s philosophy is built on three pillars: People, Product, and Process.
